Just 5-minute walking distance to the metro stop Cologno Sud (green line), only 20 minutes to Città Studi (Università Statale di Milano and Politecnico). The single bedroom is composed of a large french size bed, a spacious wardrobe, a desk with a chair, and a bookshelf. The flat is on the eighth floor with an elevator. There are 3 bedrooms in total (2 private rooms and 1 double room), 1 bathroom, and 2 shared terraces. There is also a nice and spacious living room with a TV and sofa and a kitchen where you can cook and share moments with your flatmates. The apartment is really big and all the rooms will be rented out to international students creating a really nice environment in the flat. RENTAL CONDITION: - Utilities are excluded, in the amount specified below are included: wi-fi, water, electricity, heating, and condominium fee. - Deposit: it will be given back at the end of the stay if there are no damages to the room or the apartment. - Check-in and check-out hours from Monday to Friday from 9 to 17:30. If you want to check in outside working hours or during the weekend, there will be an extra cost (check it in the breakdown below). - The fee below mentioned as "other" refers to the cost for the registration of the contract. - Check-in will be done at the office.
